The meeting was held and hosted by Marina Bay.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 by President, Pam Shaia.
Board members in attendance were Amy Elkavich, Barbara Bumgardner, Connie Harvey,
Emma Kirkpatrick, Eva Marlow, and Nancy Elliott.
The staff present were Pete Spoth and Amanda Muzaurietta.
Also present were Angie Sullivan (Stumpy’s), Sarah Silverman, Ben Mireles (Marina Bay), and
Madelyn Kennedy (Marina Bay).
Officer Johnson (and Copper) presented the incident report for the Village for the past
month; a lower number of calls, including burglary, fraud, lost and found items, and vehicular
theft. There is only one ongoing unclosed case among those incidents.
Madelyn and Ben gave a presentation of their business histories, business models, current
expansion plans, and future Village events goals. They are particularly interested in
reinstating the Farmer’s Market and anyone with interest can contact them.
Eva invited them to attend Main Street’s Economic Vitality meetings.
Following general questions and discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM (7 volunteers 1 hour).
