From its origins as a quaint fishing town, to its growth in the citrus industry, to its boom during the space race, Historic Cocoa Village has stood the test of time. Join us on a fun adventure around the downtown while learning about our community’s history over the past 160 years! This is a self-guided walking tour. The full path is less than a 1 mile walk.
Start: The Porcher House: 434 Delannoy Avenue
Look for the pink and white stickers on the building windows. Scan the QR code to read about its history and see photos of it from the past! Follow the directions to the next stop while making your way around beautiful Historic Cocoa Village!
Paper maps and information are also available inside the Porcher House weekdays, 9AM-5PM (excluding holidays).

Guided tours of Cocoa Village historic sites, complete with historically-dressed guides, characters from Cocoa History, and all the gossip of days past, are offered select days during the cooler months by the Brevard Heritage Council.
