Art & Craft Fairs

The Cocoa Village Art & Craft Fairs are one of Florida’s largest and well-established makers markets. For the past 40+ years, 4 times a year, over 200 artists and crafters line the streets of our historic downtown and the beautiful waterfront park along the Indian River Lagoon.

We pride ourselves on the quality and diversity of attending artisans, creating a venue where anyone from fine artists to emerging crafters can connect with the 20,000+ visitors from our vibrant community.

The first fair of the year developed into the “Spring Fine Art & Craft Fair” with a more in-depth jurying process, a fine art competition, and thousands of dollars of prize money. The last fair of the year transformed into the “Art & Craft Holiday Bazaar”, inviting the local businesses of our downtown to set up booths at this holiday shopping-oriented event.

Visitor Information

Event Area

This event takes place in the central business district of Historic Cocoa Village. Our downtown is located where S.R.520 meets the Intracoastal Waterway, just 15 minutes west of the beach. For GPS purposes, you can route yourself to City Hall, which is located at 65 Stone St, Cocoa, FL 32922

Parking

Free parking is available at various lots along Florida Ave.

Option 1: Start on S.R.520/King St. and turn South at the light down Forrest Ave. (which becomes Florida Ave.)

Option 2: Start on U.S.1 and turn East at the light on Rosa L Jones Dr.

Look out for the yellow parking signs and follow the signs to the lots! Paid parking opportunities are also available along this route.
