Thank you for registering for the Cocoa Village Concours!
We’re excited to have you join us for a great day in Cocoa Village.
We look forward to having you in attendance. Below is a schedule of the day and what you can expect while visiting our downtown.
Check-In: 8:30AM for pre-registered vehicles, 9:00AM for day-of registration
- Intersection of Orange Street and Brevard Ave (See map Below)
- Day of Registration is $30.00 per vehicle.
- Volunteers will be signing-in, collecting payment, distributing supplies including a number to put on your dashboard for judging, and directing you to your parking spot.
- Vehicles will be categorized and staged according to type (classic, exotic, etc.) with allowances made for personal preferences.
- If arriving with a group/club, please arrive EARLY and TOGETHER.

Red lines: recommended route to check-in
- Take King St, South on Forrest Ave, East on Orange St.
- Take US1, East on Orange St.
Green: Road closure/event area
9:30AM: Check-in Closes
10AM-1PM: People’s Choice Judging
2PM: Awards Ceremony
Cocoa Riverfront Park Amphitheatre
Winners will be invited to showcase their vehicle on the stage.

Please follow staff and volunteer directions when exiting the show.
Rules and Guidelines
- Only park in designated parking areas.
- Do not exceed the maximum speed limit of 5 MPH within the parking area.
- Avoid making excessive noise or revving engines unnecessarily.
- Avoid alcohol and drug use when driving.
- Be respectful of other participants and attendees. Avoid littering, damaging property, or engaging in disruptive behavior.
- Unless it is an emergency, attendees are expected to remain until 3 PM. If you need to leave earlier, please inform the event staff and a police officer will escort you out!

Vendor Lounge
You can access the restrooms from the rear entrance of the Porcher House.
Once inside, you can find the restrooms on the first floor.
Don’t hesitate to enjoy a few moments of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the event!
