The free, family-friendly parade can be enjoyed from anywhere around the streets of Cocoa Village.

The Day’s Schedule:
3PM-7PM: City of Cocoa’s Fall Festival at Cocoa Riverfront Park
7:00PM: HALLOWEEN GOLF CART PARADE BEGINS! 👻✨
This festive parade begins on Rosa L Jones Drive and makes two laps through the heart of Cocoa Village.

Interested in joining the parade? Be sure to read the rules and regulations, then fill out the form to register your golf cart (free). We encourage all participants to get creative with their Halloween decorations and costumes, but please remember this is a family-friendly event.
Reminders:
- No SxS, ATV, or large lifted vehicles
- NO THROWING CANDY! This puts attendees (especially children) in danger if they run into the road to collect candy.
- If you want to distribute candy, you may have a passenger, NOT THE DRIVER, get out and walk next to the cart and hand out the candy.
- No political messaging, no profane language or imagery. Please keep it family friendly!

Cart Decoration Contest
Kimco Real Estate is hosting the judge’s stand to select the best carts in the parade! Located at the “big blue house with the big pink chair” at 501 Florida Avenue.
Winners will be called and awards will be given at the end!

Important Information for Parade Participants:
Parking/Staging: Grass lot on S.W. corner of the intersection of Florida Ave. and Rosa L. Jones Dr.
Due to street closures, you must enter the lot by taking US.1 and turning East onto Rosa L. Jones Dr.
You may arrive for setup and staging as early as 5:00pm. There is ample room to park vehicles and trailers during the duration of the event.
Start: 7:00pm, following the parade route mapped above.
We will be collecting canned food donations for the City of Cocoa’s food drive, benefitting the Central Brevard Sharing Center. Please drop off at the golf cart check-in location.
During the Event: City of Cocoa Police Department will be the pace vehicle for the duration of the parade. Do not exceed the speed of, or attempt to pass the designated officer vehicle. Stay on the roads within the parade route shown below. Additional Rules & Regulations are linked below.
End: The parade ends back at the starting point (Rosa L. Jones lot). Winners of the Cart Decoration Contest will be called and given the awards ASAP!
You are welcome to leave your carts at the lot and enjoy the rest of your evening in Cocoa Village! You may not leave carts overnight. Your car/truck/trailer may also remain at the Rosa L. Jones lot during this time, but may not be left overnight.
