This spooktacular event takes place at 7:00pm, immediately following the City of Cocoa’s Fall Festival. The free, family-friendly parade can be enjoyed from anywhere around the streets of Cocoa Village. Check out the parade route below to plan your viewing spot!
Interested in joining the parade? Be sure to read the rules and regulations, then fill out the form to register your golf cart for free. We encourage all participants to get creative with their Halloween decorations and costumes, but please remember this is a family-friendly event.
Staging: Grass lot on S.W. corner of the intersection of Florida Ave. and Rosa L. Jones Dr.
Due to street closures, you must enter the lot by taking US.1 and turning East onto Rosa L. Jones Dr.
You may arrive for setup and staging as early as 5:00pm. There is ample room to park vehicles and trailers during the duration of the event.
Start: 7:00pm, following the parade route mapped below (subject to change, check the day of event for any updates).
During the Event: City of Cocoa Police Department will be the pace vehicle for the duration of the parade. Do not exceed the speed of, or attempt to pass the designated officer vehicle. Stay on the roads within the parade route shown below. Additional Rules & Regulations are linked below.
End: The parade ends at the intersection of Delannoy Ave. and Harrison St.
If you wish to leave your carts on this side of the route and enjoy the rest of your evening in Cocoa Village, you are welcome to park your carts at Harrison Field (marked by the dark blue star on the map). You may not leave carts overnight. Your car/truck/trailer may remain at the Rosa L. Jones lot during this time, but may not be left overnight.
